Librarey in Motion
We’ve been quietly (okay, maybe not so quietly) working behind the scenes to bring some long-requested features to life—and we’re so excited to finally share them with you. Thanks to your continued support, Librarey has hit some incredible milestones:
📚 We now have over 5,000 resources as part of our Librarey!
🌐 About 1,000+ patient advocacy groups
📆 400+ rare disease events
💛 And most importantly, we’ve reached over 5,000 families!
We’re proud—but even more grateful. Here’s what’s new, built with love and your feedback:
🚀 Collection Embeddings
One of the most common requests we heard from you: “Can we bring Librarey collections to our own websites?” The answer is now YES.
Inspired by the embed simplicity of Spotify and Twitter, you can now generate an embedded view of any public Librarey collection right from the share dialog. Perfect for showcasing curated resources directly on your site.

🗓️ Calendar + Events
Time-sensitive resources—like conferences, awareness days, and webinars—deserve their own space. That’s why we built the Librarey Calendar, inspired by the familiar look and feel of Google Calendar.
It’s already packed with hundreds of rare disease events, and growing fast. You can propose your own and even link them to your Librarey resource page—so people can discover your work and your events in one place.
🌍 1,000 New Patient Advocacy Groups
We realized there were so many incredible groups missing from our original database—so we rolled up our sleeves and added new patient groups to the platform.
As always, you can leave comments, add events, and propose edits to keep the info fresh and helpful.
💛 Reaching 5,000 Families (and Growing)
This one means the most: Librarey has now reached over 5,000 families.
That’s 5,000 lives touched, informed, connected—and hopefully a little more empowered. It’s the reason we’re building what we’re building, and we’re incredibly thankful to have you on this journey.
Here’s to continuing the momentum, together.
